As a part time assistant, dedicated to the export arm of the business, you will be working closely with the Managing Director to support his needs. Your job scope include;
- Doing data entry and assisting to update reports
- Assisting to create and issue invoices and receipts to suppliers and clients
- Assisting to sift through company emails and redirect them to the relevant personnel
- Helping to sort out company’s physical mails and highlight importance to action (if any) and file them accordingly.
- Assist to reply to standard email enquiries. (Training will be given)
- Helping to upkeep office housekeeping, stationeries, office equipment stock.
- General administrative duties
- Assist to prepare beverages for clients when they visit the office for meetings
- Assist to pack and label stock for exports (if any)
- Assist to collect delivery from suppliers (if any)
- Assist to organize for freight forwarders for export collection (if any)
Job requirements:
- Permanent part time position
- Singaporeans or PR only
- Ability to speak Malay
- Minimum ‘O’ levels or NITEC
- Fresh graduates welcome
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel, words, and powerpoint.
Schedule:
- 3 days a week between Mondays to Fridays to discuss and rotate with another part timer
- 5hours per day between 10am to 6pm
Salary:
- $20 per hour
