Job Description
- Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile outstanding case requirements and requests for information with clinics and doctors
- Respond to account manager inquiries regarding pre-admission and inpatient issues, providing advice on insurance contracts and performing other reasonable ad hoc duties
- Assess cases within authority, appeal to approvers on behalf of clinics, and manage urgent requests from partners and account managers
- Ensure claims assessments align with partner contracts and practices, and contact hospitals/ clinics for bill breakdowns and clarifications
- Review, approve, and assist with LOG requests and superseded requests
- Ensure timely processing of Pre-Admission and LOG requests while maintaining attention to detail and effective multitasking
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree level
- 1-2 years of relevant experience with insurance and/ or claims will be advantageous
