Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Sushi Chef
- Non-Halal Food Handling: Must be comfortable handling and tasting pork items and alcoholic beverages
Details
- Salary: $3,800 - $4,200 (Basic + Allowances; no OT required)
- Basic Salary: Up to $4,000
Allowances: Over $200
Annual Bonus: Performance Bonus (~1 month of Basic Salary) - Working Location: near Katong Shopping Centre (Marine Parade MRT)
- Schedule: 6 days a week
- Working Hours: 10.30AM - 9PM (3-hour break from 2PM - 5PM)
Rest Day: 1 weekday off (occasional weekends off) - Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time employment with employee benefits
- Uniform: Provided
Responsibilities
- Prepare non-Halal Sushi / Sashimi / Makimono dishes per customer orders
- Plan, prepare, and store ingredients properly
- Communicate with and build good relationships with Diners
