Admin Assistant (Tampines)

Job Scope:

Counter Duties:

  •  Greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing visitors appropriately upon their arrival at the Counter,
  •  Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls,
  •  Attending to parents, visitors, and vendors via phone calls and walk-ins,
  •  Attending to unwell students in the sick bay.

Administrative Duties:

  •  Support logistics and administrative tasks related to school activities and events,
  •  Pack documents and collaterals,
  •  Receive and sort daily mail, manage faxing, mailing, and handle all correspondence, including maintaining accurate data entry using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word,
  •  Receive and manage office supplies, as well as print and photocopy documents,
  •  Perform any other duties assigned by the Administration Managers, Vice-Principals, or the Principal.

Working Arrangement:

Contract Duration: 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025.

• Mondays to Fridays:

• 2 shifts: 7am to 4pm / 9am to 6pm

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public

holidays.


Location: Tampines

Salary: $1980/Month


Job Requirements:

  • Preferably have GCE O-Levels or with relevant receptionist/administrative working experience.
  • Able to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner.
  • Good telephone communications etiquette answering inquiries from public and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft office applications
