WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
As a Lead, Partner/Omnichannel Marketing Professional, Southeast Asia & India (SEA&I), you will report directly to Director, Retail Marketing SEA&I.
You will lead and drive the partner/omnichannel marketing plan working closely with Visual Merchandising and EKIN to drive brand strength, fuel consumer demand and build our long-term connection with consumers.
You will partner with our SEA&I Marketing leaders, the Asia-Pacific Latin America geography and Global Brand Marketing teams across Nike to build more effective and efficient ways to encourage and connect with athletes*.
Your key internal partners are Retail Marketing, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Marketplace, Demand and Supply Management and Operations teams, plus key external partners are outside agencies, suppliers, and vendors.

We’re looking for a Lead, Partner/Omnichannel Marketing Professional, SEA&I to join our Singapore-based marketing team. Focusing on our multi-brand partner stores, experience with in-store and online communication planning, seasonal execution of experiences and account relationship management are critical to this role.
- Bachelor’s degree or anything equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, retail or omnichannel marketing; 2 years additional experience in lieu of a degree.
- A sharp eye for design, a passion for the art & science of retail brand.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience presenting to leadership teams, both internally and externally.
- Project management experience managing agency partners, vendors and budgets.
- Pro-active information-seeking skills, with the ability to balance creativity with organizational and procedural excellence in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
- Strategic thinker and idea generator with excellent attention to detail, coupled with analytical skills to gather business, consumer insights and apply learnings.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As part of the Retail Marketing team, you'll -
- Lead multi-brand partners channel marketing strategies and work on programming the seasonal direction for retail partners.
- Work alongside the Partner Marketplace team and Visual Merchandising to execute our brand priorities and drive the business.
- Lead seasonal and non-seasonal marketing plan development, agency briefing, and providing direction for implementing execution across SEA&I.
- Contribute to weekly exchanges with multiple teams across Nike to share ideas, best practices, and learnings.
- Manage annual marketing budget for partner marketing to maximize resources and deliver on time.
