Working Day/Hour: 8.30am to 6pm / 9am to 6.30pm, 5-day work week

Responsibilities:
- The candidate would be required to handle the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. The duties include the following:
- Verify suppliers’ invoices and prepare for payments
- Key in daily transactions (receipts and payments) into Sysfreight system
- Any other accounts related duties
Requirements:
- Recognized Diploma / ITE preferably in Accounting
- Must be familiar with accounting double entry
- Minimum 1 year working experience in similar role
- Experience in using Sysfreight system would be an advantage
- Good working knowledge for MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to commit for overtime when required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Eager to learn and inquisitive by nature.
- Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, meticulous, and possess good organizational skills.
