L2 Network Engineer (Science Park)

Job Description:

1. Administer and ensure standardization of all network integration and ensure delivery line for different application.
2. Perform integration of solutions and communicate with all third party entities.
3. Prepare customer test plans and strategies of conducting procedures.
4. Perform troubleshoot on network integration processes and resolve complicated configuration issues.
5. Provide backup to other teams and analyze problems.
   1. Able to perform server/firewall/switches patch management
   2. Able to implement approved patches/releases deployment accordingly to Change Request
   3. Able to maintain network and system security included cybersecurity advisories
   4. Able to perform scheduled maintenance for servers, workstations, switches, routers, networks appliances in UAT, DR and Production Environment
   5. Able to diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software related issue
6. Train various group members and provide technical expertise in working.
7. Prepare report submitting for different customers and companies.
8. Determine tretrieval of ownership manipulating issues to ensure closure of reports at different levels.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in IT field, with background in Network maintenance and support
2. Familiar with Symantec EndPoint Protection, Windows Server, RHEL 7, MSSQL Server, VMWare ESXi 6.7
3. Familiar with SendQuick or other SMS gateways, SOPHOs or other email forwarding application
4. Knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting switched and routed networks
5. Knowledge of basic Linux commands will be preferred
6. Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
