Job Description
We are looking an art-based creative responsible for concept creation as well as all visual elements of advertising campaigns from traditional to experiential to digital. He/She will drive captivating and engaging campaigns from ideation to production, and will have to work well under pressure.
What You Will Do
• Responsible for creative output across social, content, film, PR and innovation.
• Comprehend communication strategies through creative briefs, and develop innovative and award winning creative concepts and ideas with Copywriters, Planners and other team members.
• Work closely with different team members to ensure high standard of creative work.
• Support in the creative and production process to ensure best-in-class delivery.
• Familiar with project processes, collaborate proactively with both internal and external teams, and promote the smooth progress of the work.
• Maintain strong intellectual curiosity, and be in touch with the latest cultural and digital trends, emerging media and technology.
• Gun for creative and effectiveness recognition at local and international awards competitions.
• Be inspiring, encouraging and friendly to others; always work hard to make positive progress.
• Be brave when facing challenges or mistakes.
What You Will Need
• At least 5 years of experience in global/regional creative agencies
• Impressive portfolio with works able to demonstrate how to solve people/clients problems
• Relevant Awards – as student and/or as professional
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communicator and great collaborator
• Media agnostic thinking and execution
• Tertiary education
