Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Franchise Development Manager to join our team in Singapore. This role is responsible for driving the growth of our franchise network by identifying and developing new franchise opportunities, as well as supporting existing franchisees to maximize their business potential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in franchise sales, business development, and relationship management, with a proven track record of expanding franchise networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Franchise Development: Identify and pursue new franchise opportunities in line with the company’s growth strategy. Conduct market research to determine viable territories and potential partners.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement franchise sales strategies to attract qualified franchisees. Coordinate marketing campaigns, participate in trade shows, and create promotional materials to support franchise growth.
  • Lead Management: Qualify and manage a pipeline of prospective franchisees. Conduct initial meetings and presentations, provide information about the franchise system, and guide prospects through the franchise awarding process.
  • Negotiations and Contracts: Lead the negotiation of franchise agreements, ensuring terms align with company policies. Coordinate with legal counsel to finalize contracts.
  • Onboarding and Support: Facilitate the onboarding of new franchisees, providing training and ongoing support to ensure their success. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition and operational alignment.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of franchisees, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Support franchisees in meeting key performance indicators and operational standards.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with franchise partners, providing ongoing guidance and addressing any challenges. Act as a primary point of contact for franchise inquiries and communications.
  • Compliance: Ensure franchise operations adhere to regulatory requirements and company standards. Monitor franchise activities for compliance with brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise development, sales, or business development.
  • Proven track record of successfully expanding franchise networks.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of franchise laws and regulations in Singapore is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings and events as needed.
