Technical Director

Pepper Internet Technology Pte. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management:Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse technical team, promoting teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    Provide technical expertise and guidance, supporting the professional growth of team members.
    Foster a collaborative environment where team members from different backgrounds can contribute equally.
  • Project & Technical Oversight:Oversee all technical aspects of projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery that meets quality standards.
    Develop and maintain project plans, monitor technical progress, and troubleshoot any issues.
    Liaise with key stakeholders to align technical resources with business needs.
  • Systems & Infrastructure Management:Ensure the effective operation and maintenance of technical systems, infrastructure, and resources.
    Review and recommend new technologies to enhance productivity and innovation.
    Develop strategies for system scalability, security, and performance optimization.
  • Compliance & Best Practices:Ensure all technical operations comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
    Implement quality control measures and risk management strategies to ensure the reliability of technical deliverables.
    Promote safe work practices and adherence to company policies.

Key Requirements:

  • Educational & Professional Qualifications:A degree in a relevant technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology) or equivalent work experience.
    At least 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Technical Skills & Experience:Strong expertise in [specific technical areas relevant to your industry].
    Proven track record in managing large-scale technical projects from initiation to completion.
    Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in [specific industry, if applicable].
  • Soft Skills:Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate diverse teams.
