The firm is involved in various high-profile projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.
Job Description
- Lead the technical aspects of projects, guiding teams in preparing and submitting architectural documentation packages to local authorities.
- Oversee project statutory submissions, ensuring that all compliance documents are prepared in accordance with regulations.
- Demonstrate expertise in structuring technical submission packages using Revit.
- Take responsibility for specific areas of design and project development, as directed by the project leader, to meet local statutory requirements.
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
- 10+ years of relevant experience in architectural drafting, technical coordination, and management
- Experience with large-scale projects would be an advantage
- Strong familiarity with statutory submissions, controls, and local regulations and codes
- Proven experience in leading the preparation and submission of architectural documentation to local authorities
