· Provide hardware support and services to colleagues.
· Manage basic stock of IT equipment and place orders as necessary.
· Possess knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (ADDS) and Firewall Administration, particularly with Sophos.
· Offer hands-on assistance with system setup onsite or guide users through the process remotely.
· Assist with installation and integration processes, address security issues, and manage program upgrades.
· Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting via phone or chat.
· Attend to various ad-hoc IT support requests as needed.
