Job Summary
Assist the cook in preparation of food and beverages for the children in child care.
Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide support to the Cook in food preparation
- Cook for the children in the centre when main Cook is absent
- Perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties in kitchen area including washing of dishes when required
- Maintain good hygiene & cooking practices and observe workplace safety environment
- Suggest and initiates new recipes and create new food menu
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Plan grocery marketing and cook with good standards in hygiene and good nutrition for a large number of children & teachers
- Cooking experience
