In this role, you'll assist with deploying applications to AWS and on-premises architectures, monitor performance across various regions, and respond to operational needs. Job Description
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication and client interaction skills.
- Familiarity with AWS services (S3, EC2, Auto Scaling, CloudFormation, CloudWatch).
- Experience with Unix (MacOS and Linux) and MySQL commands.
- Basic networking knowledge (nslookup, ping, netcat, traceroute, tcpdump).
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with team members and external partners.
The Successful Applicant
Desired Experience:
- Knowledge of Apache Tomcat and Apache HTTP Server.
- Familiarity with Cisco Splunk querying.
- Experience with Genesys configuration manager.
- Understanding of Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and IVR systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective stakeholder management abilities.
