Job Scope:
- Review and oversee the work of junior and senior staff and provide supervision, guidance and training to them
- Manage a portfolio of clients in providing corporate secretarial services
- Attending and drafting of general meeting, board and board committee meeting’s minutes
- Provide advice on compliance requirements, corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters
- Prepare/review directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions for specific transaction, relevant statutory forms and related documents
- Liaise with statutory bodies, banks and other third-party business partners as and when required
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of corporate secretarial experience and possess knowledge of the Companies Act 1967 and SGX Listing Rules. Prior experience in in-house corporate secretarial functions for listed entities is preferred. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Viewpoint software are preferred. ICSA Qualification is ideal.
