Duration: 6 Months Contract

The Leadership and Organisation Division (L&OD) comprises three units: Organisation Development, Leadership Development and Learning.
As a member of the Learning team, your responsibilities include:
Provide system support for the Learning Management System:
- Create course items and classes on learning management system
- Maintain and update course master list
- Create collections
- Add to staff's learning history for classes which have concluded
- Enroll staff into classes where required
- Assist with migration of learning history data
- Prepare training application reports upon request
Handle generic staff queries received in the Learning Mailbox
Provide administrative support in codifying competencies into given templates.
Assist in administrative and logistical support for setting up of physical in-person training seissons, including sending and collating invitations, attendance registration, training venue setup, feedback / evaluation collation, etc.
Requirements:
- Meticulous, service-oriented and able to work independently to get things done
- Able to communicate well verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of applications, in particular Microsoft Excel and its related functions and features.
- Comfortable in learning and using new systems.
- Familiarity with Successfactors' Learning module is a plus.
- Experienced in providing administrative and logistical support
- A team player who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
