The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to Head/Director of business teams, enabling the team to advance Prudential's initiatives, goals, and strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Business team Directors and Heads to support all aspects of Heads daily work routine, keeping the leader advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Maintain the calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, travel arrangements and expenses report. Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs.
- Receive, screen and direct incoming enquiries, visitors, mail and email with tact and diplomacy.
- Use business software applications to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, and potentially respond to routine correspondence and inquiries. Exercise confidentiality in supporting business team’s work.
- Organise events and provide administrative support to department activities.
- Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time as needed.
Job Requirements:
- A detail-oriented self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Someone who exhibits sound judgment with excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Resourceful, can-do attitude, a team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across Prudential Group.
- Minimum 5 years' prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Able to work in fast-paced environment and with the ability to multi-task
- Motivated individual and good at solving problems
