As a Materials Coordinator, you will be responsible for (not limited):
1. Responsible for performing a variety of support duties within the manufacturing environment. Work activities are focused on one or more areas of manufacturing operations support:
- Warehouse / Remarketed Instrument point of contact
2. Materials handling, involving physical and administrative tasks related to shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment:
- Inventory management: In charge of the inbound and outbound warehouse goods inventory (Instruments and Parts)
- Manage parts inventory and ensure availability/replenishment
- Preparation of Production Orders (Parts picking and Unrefurb instruments)
3. Quality, involving inspections of raw materials and in-process and/or finished products to ensure compliance with Agilent’s quality and reliability standards.
- Facilitates wall-to-wall inventory count
- Perform Finished Goods packaging and facilitate shipments.
- Management of iTRP (Internal Technology Transfer) instruments to RB inventory
4. Prepares and maintains applicable records and documentation.
- Validation of courier invoice/billing for payment processing
- Enter data into or access information in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Biotechnology, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
- Typically, candidates should have at least 3-6 years of relevant experience to qualify for this position.

- Proficiency in assisting others with technical problems.
- Demonstrated experience with Excel data entry and report generation.
- Understanding of bill of material structures, part numbers, and product configuration.
