The role is instrumental in forging new relationships and enhancing existing strategic partnerships, ensuring our solutions continue to meet the demands of a diverse client base.
Job Description
- Strategic Partnership Development: Oversee the creation and implementation of strategies to identify and establish partnerships, crafting agreements that align with Company's business objectives.
- Business Opportunity Exploration: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic alliances, developing a robust pipeline across traditional and digital asset markets.
- Key Client Management: Act as the primary contact for important clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring that solutions are tailored to their specific needs.
- Contract Negotiation and Compliance: Lead negotiation efforts and draft agreements, ensuring mutual benefits and adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with technology, compliance, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives that align with the company's overall strategy.
- Industry and Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related discipline; an MBA or similar professional experience is an advantage.
- Over 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a similar field, preferably within the fintech, capital markets, or financial technology sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in deal structuring, key account management, and high- level stakeholder negotiations.
- Proven capability in managing complex, cross-functional projects and driving them to successful completion.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and experience with sandbox application preparation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior executives and regulatory bodies.
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach, with excellent problem-solving skills.
