- Position : Project Engineer (Telecommunications) – Up to $4,000 – Aljunied - Start in 2025
- Location : Aljunied
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.00PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + Transport Allowance + AWS + 14 Days AL

Responsibilities:
- Good knowledge in IT and communication system is required for solution implementation, including configuration of Voice/Network peripherals, VoIP/ Cloud PBX, Network Switches, Routers etc.
- To provide helpdesk and remote support to customers, as well as onsite technical support and troubleshooting.
- To validate System Design Document to meet customer requirements.
- To maintain a strong customer relationship with proactive approach and positive working attitude.
- To actively acquire and maintain good product knowledge in accordance with industry trends.Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘O’ Levels and above with IT knowledge
- Preferred with experience in deploying and managing Voice/Data project, supporting VoIP telecommunication systems, network switches, routers, troubleshooting LAN/VoIP systems
