Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed shop drawings (Architectural/Structural) to support project construction.
- Coordinate with Architects/Engineers/M&E to resolve discrepancies in plans and specifications.
- Assist site teams by providing timely and accurate shop drawings for construction needs.
- Work closely with site colleagues to address drawing discrepancies, redesign, and reduce issues.
- Collaborate with vendors/suppliers to develop precise drawings for site application.
- Create as-built drawings for project completion, handover to clients/consultants.
- Utilize BIM software for Architectural, M&E, and Structural drawings.
- Provide support for tender processes in BIM/drafting when required.
- Attend technical meetings as needed.
- Ensure efficient Multi-Disciplinary coordination throughout the project.
