Site Supervisor (Architectural) – Part-Time
- To carry out site supervision and inspection of architectural works.
- To monitor progress of the works on sites and report delays immediately.
- To ensure that works are only carried out strictly within the stipulated time and/or at other time as directed by the S.O. or other designated CAAS officer.
- To enforce site safety and other measures to control dust, noise and vibration caused by the Contractor’s works.
- To maintain proper and updated records of all works done, including records of all activities, tests, inspections, status of works, safety, material and equipment on site, labour, day works, site diary, provisional quantities, weather condition etc.
- To check all drawings (including shop drawings) and sketches to verify and ensure that works are carried in accordance to approved drawings.
- To check that Contractor execute preliminaries items and conform to all requirements as stipulated in the contract.
- To check service routes and Contractor’s setting out and report any deviations to the S.O. and/or his engineer/architect.
- To check that all works are carried out in a safe and proper manner including temporary supports and protection.
- To monitor of daily site works and update of daily activities done (by WhatsApp) by the contractor.
- To ensure the safety, cleanliness, tidiness, and earth control measure (ECM) are provided and maintained on site, if and when required.
- To verify reports and claims submitted by Contractor, including keeping record of all variations/changes as instructed or approved by the S.O.
- To inspect and ensure works are carried out in accordance to specifications and requirements, and to take over completed works.
- To ensure that the Contractor’s workers are carrying out works only at their designated areas. No loitering and entry to unauthorised areas are allowed.
- To undertake any other duties related to the project as and when instructed by the S.O. /Project Manager and/or his Engineer/Architect.
- To fully complete the supervision of all building works carried out by the Contractor.
- To attend weekly progress meeting at CAAS Meeting Room.

Site Supervisor (Architectural)
- Diploma in Architectural from local polytechnic or equivalent; and
- Possess 5 years of relevant site supervision experience in Architectural Work.
Part-time – 08.30am to 12.30pm or 1.30pm to 5.30pm and working on a monthly basis and including transport to site for working and all establishment charges, etc.
