SAP Change Manager
Your Role: As the Change Manager, you'll play a crucial role in the SEAOIN (South East Asia, India, Oceania) team, leading change strategies for the adoption of S/4 HANA. Your tasks will involve creating pathways for adoption, implementing organizational change management (OCM) activities, and enhancing communication and training efforts. Additionally, you'll develop a Change Playbook based on program insights to help drive our client's goal of becoming the fastest sports brand in the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design a comprehensive pathway for end-user adoption of S/4 HANA, integrating program-level guidance with local implementation.
- Conduct discovery activities, such as change risk assessments and workshops, to define the SAP Program/Change Vision, establish governance, confirm stakeholder involvement, and evaluate potential risks.
- Develop and implement a robust Change Management Strategy, Communications Strategy, and Training Plan, ensuring effective organizational change and effectiveness throughout the program lifecycle.
- Lead and facilitate OCM activities, focusing on the human aspects of change.
- Provide practical Change Management tools and foster change capability within the organization.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, senior leaders, and Business Process Experts across various functional areas to enhance program engagement and execution.
- Create a flexible Deployment Guide/Change Playbook that evolves with the program, incorporating feedback and learnings from initial rollouts and local needs.
- Utilize modern communication and training methods, tailoring them to align with organizational culture and requirements.
- Identify and recruit additional change resources to support program deployment, including those focused on communication, training, and readiness efforts.
Your Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Organizational Development, or a related field. Certifications such as Prosci Change Management or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) are a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in Change Management methodologies, particularly in SAP system implementations across Asia.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
