The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering with a Technology Multinational Corporation company to search for an Application Developer
- Focus: Responsible for building and maintaining scalable web applications using React and TypeScript, with a focus on UI components built with Material-UI
- Office location: Singapore
- 5 days week (Office Hour)
- This role starts off as contract position
The Talent
- Hands on on React, TypeScript, Material-UI (MUI) are preferred
- Skills which are good to have - Recoil or Redux OR Jest and React Testing Library, Storybook, Axios, GitFlow workflow
- Strong client-facing skills are essential, as is the ability to present work and solutions clearly
- Min preferably 2-3 years of experience in closely related role
The Job
Shall be responsible for building and maintaining scalable web applications using React and TypeScript, with a focus on UI components built with Material-UI (MUI).
- Manage state with Recoil or Redux, integrate complex forms with React JSONSchema Forms, and ensure high code quality through Jest tests and adherence to coding standards like ESLint and Prettier.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with clients, and ensure on-time delivery of tasks
- The developer will also integrate APIs using Axios, optimize application performance, and ensure accessibility standards using tools like axe DevTools.
- Adept at using Git and following GitFlow for version control, and setting up development environments with Node.js and Yarn.
- Maintain documentation using Storybook and contribute to team success by ensuring deliverables meet client expectations on time.
