Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of in-house Technicians
  • Carry out regular inspection for the following soft services contractors ( ACMV/ Electrical , M&E, Hazardous waste, laundry)
  • Obtain quotations from all Hard services adhoc jobs (M & E) contractors and review their job scopes and specifications.
  • Schedule Contractors’ servicing/maintenance works for Hard Services
  • Coordinate for Givaudan sattelite offices for all adhoc and maintenance works.
  • Handle all Project related works (A&A and adhoc works)
  • Preparation of RFP for all related improvement and renovation projects
  • In charge on all the PM completion for all ACMV & M&E services and other hard services works.
  • Participate in Quality, Environment, Health & Safety matters
  • Review the Risk Assessment & Environment Aspect & Impact Assessment from time to time to ensure a safe and healthy environment
  • Review the Standard Operating Procedures e.g. emergency response procedures
  • Attend to enduser's’ feedback/requests promptly
  • Any other duties assigned by the Facilities Manager from time to time
  • Take the lead in providing technical training for the technicians.
  • In charge in CIP (Cost Improvement Project) for Woodlands.
  • Other related Job assigned by Facility Manager

Requirements

  • Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical services/ Facilities management or relevant discipline
  • Able to manage in-house maintenance staff and M&E term contractors
  • Good practical knowledge in ISO 18000 and 14000 matters would be an added advantage
  • Experience in hard & soft services would be an added advantage
  • Good written & communication skill
  • Has a good safety mindset and display good WSH behavior
