Job Description
1. Identify new overseas market and business opportunities
2. Managing good relationship with existing overseas distributors
3. Annual Sales & Profit budget planning for overseas distributors
4. Prepare & manage price list (quotation) with timely update for overseas distributors
5. Manage and review sales performance of overseas distributors
6. Provide support for promotional and marketing, including A&P planning
7. Working closely with overseas distributors to identify issues & take recovery actions
8. Create marketing plan for new products for overseas market working with overseas distributors
9. Provide monthly sales and stock forecast, Sales and profit analysis and reporting
10. Control & monitoring of sales budget, profit, payment
11. Provide support to Regional Sales Manager
Job Requirement
1. Diploma or Degree in Marketing
2. 4 years sales experience in FMCG industry
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), SAP or equivalent
4. Detail-oriented and customer-oriented with strong business sense.
5. Strong analytical thinking and management skills.
6. Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
7. Regular overseas travel is required
