Software Engineering Manager
Our Client is looking for an experienced software application development team lead, with the ability to lead and manage a team, drive project success, and collaborate effectively with cross-regional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a software development team with 5 direct reports.
- Manage the development and enhancement & maintenance of the systems
- Coordinate closely with the cross-regional IT team to make sure successful project delivery.
- Work closely with other IT departments, ensuring compliance with best practices and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Key Requirements
- More than 8-10 years of experience in managing a team.
- Experience building dev teams in a high growth, agile environment
- Hands-on experience in TypeScript, NodeJS and React.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin since this role will need to work closely with cross-regional counterparts.
- Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding in AWS Cloud
