As part of our Corporate Finance team, the responsibilities will include:
· Pro-actively manage day-to-day execution for advisory and capital-raising deal.
· Project management due diligence with auditors, lawyers and other professionals.
· Manage communications and expectations between clients, professionals and regulators.
· Manage workflow with associates and assist in deal origination.
· Perform in-depth financial analysis and develop valuation models.
· Prepare client presentation materials and pitchbooks.

· Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English and Mandarin as we seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients
· Track record of completed transactions and/or with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
