The scope of duties:
- Responsible for Sales contracts covering drafting contracts, signing and archiving.
- Co-ordinating the shipments with suppliers and customers (Observe Incoterms);
- Co-ordination, preparation, handling of contractual shipping documents via LC or direct presentation, Bill of Lading/Railway B/L, invoices, Certificates of Origin, Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of Weight, Draft survey report, Laytime Calculations and Demurrage / Dispatch Settlements.
- Invoicing and collection funds while observing and maintaining contractual payment terms (L/C, prepayment, cash against documents).
- Liaising with freight forwarders, agents.
- Reporting: daily report, shipping list, exposure list;
- Insuring Cargos whilst observing Incoterms;
- Updating Internal system SAP;
- KYC know your customer.
- Archiving of documents.
