Accounting Manager

Job Responsibilities

You will provide accounting support for our Singapore and Hong Kong entities, which includes, but not limited to:

  • Preparation, review and analysis of consolidated financial statements including required disclosure note.
  • Coordinate with auditors and provide the required support during the audit/review process of financial statements including assisting with queries arising from audits by external audit firms and ensure the completion of annual audited financial reports.
  • Oversee and execute day-to-day accounting of activities that include but not limited to intercompany loan, account payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, financial management and accounting control related tasks.
  • Coordinate and liaise effectively with external auditors, tax agents, banks, with corporate secretary, ad-hoc reports and duties and government authorities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle full financial and management reporting functions, cash flow, tax compliance, GST reporting, assist in annual budgets and forecast financial information.
  • Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures and are up-to-date
  • Work on M & A activities, provide support on financial analysis and due diligence.
  • Assist in handling any other ad-hoc duties where required.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or ACCA or equivalent professional qualification, with at least 7 years’ relevant working experience
  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
  • Meticulous and pro-active with strong administrative, coordination and organisational skills
  • Positive attitude, able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Able to work under pressure to meet reporting deadlines, strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Oracle and Microsoft Office applications
  • Singapore FRS knowledge
