Job Responsibilities:
Liaison with Subcontractors:
- Coordinate with subcontractors for project updates and service execution, ensuring alignment with technical specifications.
- Monitor subcontractor performance to uphold quality and safety standards.
Client Interaction:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding service inquiries and project progress.
- Attend client meetings to discuss project requirements, timelines, and address any concerns.
Project Management:
- Track and manage service projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.
- Assist in preparing and submitting project documentation, including service reports and compliance materials.
Coordination of Meetings:
- Organize and participate in internal and external meetings to discuss project status and resolve issues.
- Prepare agendas and meeting notes, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, subcontractor communications, and client interactions.
- Generate regular progress reports for management and stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in service delivery and communication.
- Collaborate with team members to implement best practices, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or any related discipline
- Training will be provided for candidate without or with lesser experiences
