Job Description:
- Oversee a wide range of HR responsibilities, including HR operations, recruitment, business partnering, compensation & benefits, and general administration.
- Assist with HR project on digitalisation of documents
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and background checks, to job offers and onboarding.
- Create and update job descriptions, job postings, and candidate evaluation criteria.
- Coordinate and conduct new hire briefing.
- Handle processes related to probation, confirmation, promotions, salary increments, resignations, and terminations.
- Support staff appraisal and performance management efforts.
- Administer employee benefits such as health insurance and leave policies.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including employment laws, company policies, and compliance issues.
- Organize employee welfare activities and events.
- Develop HR policies that align with industry standards and company goals.
- Support office administrative matters when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, with IHRP accreditation being a plus.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources management.
- Experience in HR Operations, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Strong expertise across HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, training, and HR compliance.
