Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the hiring teams to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source and engage talent through various channels, including job boards, social media etc.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Placement of job advertisements.
- Manage candidate feedback and communicate effectively.
Requirements
- CEI (Basic) certified candidates are highly advantaged.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a related role, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of motivation and a positive mindset.
- Good experience in retaining existing clients and growing new clients
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
