Responsibilities :
· Own the high-level architecture for systems, software, and networks. Analyze the relevant software and hardware tools, interdependencies and limitations for a global management platform.
· Set standards for infrastructure design, application development frameworks, and integration methods. Create evaluation reports of the service or product with recommendations.
· Design and implement solutions based on the gaps identified in service and maintenance services. Managing development priorities and product roadmaps.
· Lead data management strategy and implementation. Establish server optimization and cybersecurity requirements, develop hardware & software maintenance strategy.
· IT project management lead; Identify the IT services and infrastructure needed to support the critical business systems. Procure and negotiate external IT services as required, oversee vendor performance and deliverables.
· Set standards and lead UAT methodology. Configure and test software and hardware with reference to system architecture and functional requirements.
· Organize IT resources and work in a small team.
· Identify opportunities in AI/ML and automation to value-add to business requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or equivalent
· Minimum 3 years in IT project management, and at least 2 years of managerial experience
· Experience in manufacturing, logistics, automotive industries preferred
· Strong team management skills
· Good communication and presentation skills
· Experience in .NET, Java, Android, AWS, Springboot framework is a plus
· Relevant certifications (ITIL, ITSM, etc.) are advantageous
