Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients in the beauty industry, including salons, supermarkets, and convenience stores.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
