Role Description
This is an exciting opportunity for driven individuals to play a critical role in building the business from the ground up (Non-healthcare industry). This role will be on full commission scheme, work from home and flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identifying and acquiring corporate clients, building long-term relationships, and securing job orders through tailored recruitment solutions.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to successful placement with corporate clients.
- Client & Candidate Management: Acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring smooth recruitment processes, and offering strategic insights to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
- Sales driven and possess strong interest in recruitment industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- CEI certification is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and remotely
