Role Overview:
The Management Associate will work closely with various departments, providing coordination and ensuring smooth communication between engineering, operations, and business development teams. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate with a background in engineering who is looking to develop their career in a cross-functional business environment. The successful candidate will need strong presentation skills and strategic thinking to navigate the intersection between technology and market needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities and communication between engineering, production, and business development teams.
- Support project management efforts, ensuring deadlines and goals are met across departments.
- Collaborate on business development strategies by understanding of our products.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and technical materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop a deep understanding of our technology and how it aligns with customer needs and market trends.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field preferred).
- Strong interest in technology, particularly within the semiconductor manufacturing equipment industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage coordination between departments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Presentation skills with an ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business purposes.
- Analytical and strategic thinking, with a desire to contribute to business growth.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a startup environment.
