Job Description:
- Make proactive and reactive calls to existing commercial property loan customers regarding repricing.
- Convince customers to accept our repricing packages to maintain portfolio volume and profitability.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory guidelines for property financing.
Job Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle objections.
- Mature, meticulous, and well-organized.
- Able to take initiative, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a team.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive mindset.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp commercial property knowledge and regulatory requirements quickly.
- Knowledge of commercial property lending.
