Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial and marketing strategies to drive business growth, ensuring alignment with company objectives and enhancing market presence.
- Work with stakeholder on tender and bid preparation, including identifying opportunities, drafting proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure competitive pricing and adherence to client specifications.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities, providing insights to refine strategies and target potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive materials and messaging for bids, tenders, and commercial proposals, ensuring clarity and consistency in client communications.
- Manage and oversee commercial negotiations, assisting in contract discussions and working to secure favorable terms while maintaining client relationships.
- Skill in both marketing and commercial tasks, ensuring skill development in areas like proposal writing, client management, and campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign and project performance, preparing detailed reports with actionable insights for refining future commercial and marketing efforts.
- Oversee customer and client engagement via social media and direct interactions, focusing on building long-term relationships and enhancing the company's brand and service reputation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the logistic / industrial or maritime industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize campaigns.
- Proactive, innovative, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
