Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Diverse Conversations: Engage in a variety of topics, from healthcare and government to finance, law enforcement, emergency services, and general business.
- Facilitate Communication: Provide clear and accurate translations to bridge communication gaps between customers from China and the US.
Job Details:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Mandarin and English is essential.
- Contract: 12 months (renewable based on performance).
- Working Hours: 8-hour shifts, scheduled between 9 PM and 9 AM (based on roster).
- Work Schedule: 5 days a week, Monday to Sunday.
- Location: 100% remote work within the Singapore region.
- Training: Own a laptop/PC with a webcam for a 3-week training session.
- Internet Requirement: High-speed home Wi-Fi (no personal data, hotspot, or public Wi-Fi).
- Required Equipment: Own a mobile phone, iPad, tablet, or laptop to perform work duties.
