Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with key accounts in [e.g.healthcare, FSI, manufacturing, education].
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth by promoting our portfolio of [enterprise networking/surveillance security solutions].
- Collaborate with presales, technical, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions.
- Track sales metrics and report on progress towards revenue and business development goals.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends, competitive offerings, and technological advancements in the [enterprise networking/surveillance security] space.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate and client satisfaction.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth deployment and post-sales support for customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or account management in related industry, enterprise networking, surveillance security, etc.
- Strong understanding of enterprise networking hardware, surveillance security solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with decision-makers at all levels.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in managing complex sales cycles, including working with presales and technical support teams.
