- Oversee the entire project execution process from design to TOP, including commercial quotations and negotiations, engineering and design management, procurement, construction management, and commissioning.
- Develop detailed project execution plans, including project timelines, procurement strategies, construction management plans, and safety policies.
- Plan and manage permits related to Singapore authorities, such as building plan approvals and TOP.
- Organize project meetings and provide status updates on progress, quality, budget, etc.
- Lead the team in managing QP, PE, material vendors, subcontractors, and others.
- Coordinate with authorities for inspections and related activities.
- Collaborate with owners to address major issues that could impact project schedules and costs.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the project director or senior management.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in architecture, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in EPCM project management in Singapore, with at least 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and a high level of execution efficiency.
