DRAFTER (FACADE)

Responsibilities

1. Working closely with Design and Projects Team to produce details of façade systems.
2. Instruction taken form Superiors; Design Manager, Project Manager, and Project Director and execute task with motivation.
3. To execute task with contribution of effective methodologies in design application.
4. To be responsible enough to accomplish the delegated task.

Requirement

1. Minimum Diploma in Architecture / Engineering or related field.
2. Must have at least 2 years of experience in design, preferably in facade trade.
3. Experienced in AUTOCAD Drafting and Revit Modelling is a MUST.
4. Must be experienced in Shop drawing preparation and cutting list.
5. Familiar with Structural Drawings.
6. Must meet clients / consultants given deadline.
7. Strong learning attitude.
8. Excellent in written and verbal English communication is a MUST.
