Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales & Marketing Consultant to join our dynamic team.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist potential employers in finding suitable migrant domestic workers (maids) for household chores, including cooking, cleaning, child care or elderly care.
You will serve as a crucial link between employers and our candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the specific job requirements of employers seeking domestic workers.
- Access our candidates database to identify suitable profiles based on employer needs.
- Arrange and facilitate video interviews between employers and selected candidates.
- Guide employers through the selection process, including payment collection and paperwork completion.
- Develop timelines for the estimated arrival of selected candidates and provide ongoing updates to clients.
- Collaborate with management to create effective marketing strategies to generate new leads.
- Provide counseling and support to domestic workers and employers throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare domestic workers biodata.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Indonesian, Tagalog, or Burmese languages is highly preferred.
- Possession of a CEI (Certified Employment Intermediary) certificate will be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work on Sundays within a 5-day work week.
