Troubleshoot equipment faults.
Carry out preventive and/or corrective actions.
Ensure all work processes comply with quality, environmental and safety procedures and requirements.
Perform ad-hoc assignments for technicians such as technical support, training and assessments.
Train and coach technicians, check that they carry out maintenance properly.
Communicate with customers on any operational enquiries and/or feedback.
Report to Operations Manager timely on any unresolved lift issues encountered.
