Contract role
Job description:
- Create Project Scope and Project Roadmap and share with the Tech and Business Stakeholders.
- Define Sprint Objective and the success metrics, Project duration and other success criteria.
- Create Sprint Plan to give a details view of time taken for each WBS and the UAT drop dates fortesting.
- Organize and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, release planning, demos, defect triage and other Scrum-related meetings.
- Work with other stakeholders on the Budget and Resource management.
- Work with the stakeholders and the SMEs on the Risk Management and Risk mitigation plan.
- Make sure that the project is being delivered within the accepted timeline, budget, and scope without negotiating the quality of the deliverables.
- Create product specifications that enhanced customer experience with the Digital apps.
- Contribute to Agile methodologies by estimating, designing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and supporting projects.
- Utilize SoapUI to check API requests and responses from third-party vendor systems integrated with the bank’s application.
- Actively participate in performing live verifications in production environments before releasing code to actual banking customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ yrs relevant IT experience
- 5+ yrs Project managment experience in banking domain
- 5+ yrs experience in banking domain with experience in Digital ICT infrastructure, mobile banking apps and API
