About the role
Jios Aerogel Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in the West Region. This full-time position is integral to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our state-of-the-art industrial facilities. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and implementing preventative maintenance strategies to support our production processes.
What you'll be doing
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a variety of industrial equipment and machinery
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identify and resolve issues to minimise downtime
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, parts used, and repairs completed
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure equipment is operating at optimal performance
- Implement preventative maintenance schedules and procedures to proactively identify and address potential issues
- Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems
- Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and protocols
What we're looking for
- Relevant technical diploma or certification in industrial maintenance or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
- Proficient in the use of tools, equipment, and software used in industrial maintenance
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain detailed records
- Commitment to working safely and following all relevant procedures and regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
