► No prior swimming coaching experience required
► Training and certifications will be provided
► Working Hours: Tue-Fri from 2pm to 7pm & Sat & Sun from 8am to 7pm
► Willing to Travel (Transport expenses will be reimbursed)
► Basic Salary of $2500 to $3500 + Incentives
1. Job Scope
· Provide and nurture children's love of water and swimming
· Manage safety standards and close supervision of children
· Plan and execute lesson plans
2. Benefits
· Basic Salary of $2500 to $3500
· Attractive Monthly Incentives to increase your take home to $4000 (50% of coaches hit this tier)., $6000 (top 20 percent of coaches hit this tier)
· Opportunity to promote to Manager after 2 years
