Job Description:
Join us as a Business Development Executive in our Singapore office, in a dynamic full-time, hybrid role. This position is at the heart of our expansion strategy, focusing on growing our cybersecurity solutions and specialized training programs in information security. You will drive new business development, lead generation, and manage key accounts, with a dual focus on marketing our bespokedcybersecurity services and our comprehensive training solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Strategically market our cybersecurity solutions and training programs, identifying new opportunities in various sectors.
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs to provide tailored cybersecurity and training solutions.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets through innovative sales strategies and effective client communication.
- Manage and expand our client base, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and industry connections.
- Proven track record in enterprise training or corporate learning, driving revenue growth, market leadership, and revenue diversification through collaborations.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- A self-started and strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable and measurable plans.
