Position Overview:
Accountant to manage a primary account along with a subsidiary account. Responsible for closing accounts monthly, handling sub-schedules, preparing monthly sales and purchase reports, assisting with surveys, and facilitating the yearly audit process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a primary account along with a subsidiary account with accurate transaction records.
- Close monthly accounts to ensure timely financial reporting.
- Handle and maintain sub-schedules to support the main account.
- Prepare and analyze monthly sales and purchase reports for management review.
- Assist in conducting surveys related to financial data and reporting.
- Support the yearly audit process, collaborating with external auditors as needed.
- Any other accounting related task delegate by Finance Manager
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
